REPAIRREVIVE · FOUNDING PILOT

Turn deferred repair work into a follow-up system.

For independent repair shops that have declined or deferred recommendations in their shop-management system—but no consistent way to bring appropriate work back.

THE 30-DAY PILOT

What we do

01

Prepare the cohort

Clean and organize up to 250 declined repair lines from one export, preserving the source details needed for shop review.

02

Prioritize follow-up

Segment appropriate opportunities by timing and available context. Ambiguous consent, opt-outs, duplicates, and sensitive recommendations are held for review.

03

Draft for approval

Prepare clear follow-up messages without invented facts, artificial urgency, or safety claims. Nothing is sent without shop approval.

04

Report the result

Provide weekly visibility into responses, booked work, and collected revenue, followed by a continue-or-stop recommendation.

GOOD FIT

Built for shops with recoverable follow-up volume.

Best fit: an independent 2–15-bay shop with at least 50 declined or deferred repair lines per month, a usable export, and documented customer contact permissions.

Not a fit: shops already running a measured recovery sequence, shops without a usable export or consent records, or anyone seeking unattended bulk messaging or guaranteed revenue.

BEFORE THE FIT CHECK

Bring four facts—not a customer file.

For the first conversation, we only need your shop-management system, an approximate monthly count of declined or deferred repair lines, who currently owns follow-up, and whether customer contact permissions are documented.

Do not send customer records for the fit check. If the pilot is a fit, we agree on the minimum fields, transfer method, review controls, retention period, and deletion step before any customer-level export is accepted.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you say yes

Do you send messages automatically?

No. During the founding pilot, your shop reviews and approves every outbound message.

Do you guarantee recovered revenue?

No. We measure what happens, but customer response, vehicle needs, pricing, and scheduling remain outside our control.

Do we need an integration?

No. The pilot begins with one shop-management export. We will confirm compatibility during the fit check.

What customer data do you need?

None for the fit check. Before a pilot begins, we confirm the minimum necessary export fields, secure transfer method, shop-review controls, retention period, and deletion step.

What happens after 30 days?

You receive the results and a clear continue-or-stop recommendation. There is no automatic renewal.
