Tela Creative Group may offer early-access evaluations, pilots, prototypes, advisory services, or other limited commercial offerings. The specific scope, price, duration, deliverables, limitations, and cancellation terms for a paid pilot are those stated in the applicable offer, invoice, payment link, or written agreement.

Early-stage and pilot offerings may change as we learn. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prototypes are provided for evaluation and are not represented as suitable for safety-critical, regulated, or mission-critical use.

Customers remain responsible for their own data, systems, decisions, and compliance obligations. Tela Creative Group will use reasonable care in providing agreed services but does not guarantee a particular business result.
